Embodiment 1

[0052] A method for preparing high-quality bio-oil based on pig manure, specifically comprising the following steps:

[0053] a. Pretreatment: dry the fresh pig manure to a moisture content of 10%, then crush the pig manure and pass through an 80-mesh sieve;

[0054] b. Sub- / supercritical liquefaction: Mix the treated pig manure with absolute ethanol at a solid-to-liquid ratio of 0.1g / mL and the filling rate of solvent absolute ethanol at 20% and pour it into the reactor; seal the reactor and design The pressure is 12.5MPa, the heating voltage is 250V, and the set liquefaction temperature is 220°C; the reaction kettle is heated up, and when the temperature reaches the set liquefaction temperature, stay for 40 minutes, and stop heating after the reaction is over. When the reaction kettle temperature is about 100°C, use Condensed water cools the reactor to room temperature;

[0055] c. Solid-liquid separation: directly discharge the gas phase product generated by the reaction w...

Embodiment 2

[0058] The difference between this example and Example 1 is that the liquefaction temperature is set at 260° C., and the prepared bio-oil sample is denoted as S2.

Embodiment 3

[0060] The difference between this example and Example 1 is that the liquefaction temperature is set at 300° C., and the prepared bio-oil sample is denoted as S3.

Abstract

The invention provides a method for preparing high-quality bio-oil by using pig manure as a raw material. The method comprises the following concrete steps: a, drying fresh pig manure, adding a heavymetal stabilizer accounting for 5-10 wt% of the pig manure raw material, and carrying out pulverizing and screening to obtain a powdery mixed material; adding the powdery mixed material and a liquefaction solvent in a solid-to-liquid ratio of 0.05-0.150 g / mL into a reaction kettle according to a solvent filling rate of 10-30%, and setting the pressure of the reaction kettle to be 10-15 MPa and a liquefaction temperature to be 220-300 DEG C; heating the reaction kettle, keeping the temperature for 30-60 minutes when the temperature reaches the set liquefaction temperature, stopping heating after a reaction is finished, and carrying out cooling to room temperature; carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a liquefied product; and feeding the liquefied product into a rotary evaporator for preparation of the bio-oil. According to the invention, the bio-oil is prepared through subcritical / supercritical liquefaction treatment of the pig manure, and harmless and resourceful treatment ofthe pig manure can be realized; and active heavy metals in the pig manure are converted into relatively stable heavy metals by adding the heavy metal stabilizer, and the ecological toxicity and bioavailability of the heavy metals are reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of pig manure treatment, in particular to a method for preparing high-quality bio-oil from pig manure. Background technique [0002] Pig farming has always been a very important industry in animal husbandry, and pork has always been one of the favorite meats of the Chinese. The annual pork production accounts for about 65% of the national meat production. In order to meet the people's growing demand for pork Under the demand, the scale of the pig industry is also increasing, and the discharge of pig manure is also increasing. According to relevant statistical estimates, the annual feces discharge (including urine) in 2015 reached 6.554 billion tons, of which pig manure discharge was 3.561 billion tons, accounting for about 54% of the total discharge. In order to prevent and treat animal diseases, promote growth, and improve feed utilization, some trace elements, such as copper and zinc, have been widely add...
