Abstract

The invention relates to a powder desulfurizing agent for a cement kiln, and a preparation method and application of the powder desulfurizing agent. The powder desulfurizing agent is prepared from thefollowing raw materials in percentage by mass: 50 to 65% of calcium hydroxide, 3 to 4% of aluminum oxide, 0.01 to 0.5% of ferric oxide, 20 to 35% of urea, 5 to 15% of sodium bicarbonate and 1 to 2% of a rare earth element compound. The rare earth element compound comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 77-80% of rare earth tailings, 17-20% of manganese dioxide and 3-5% of cerium dioxide, wherein the proportions of the rare earth tailings, the manganese dioxide and the cerium dioxide refer to the percentages of the rare earth tailings, the manganese dioxide and the ceriumdioxide to the total mass of the rare earth element compound. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing the above raw materials in proportion, carrying out deep processing, then grinding the raw materials into a powdery material, and carrying out sufficient mixing to obtain the powdery desulfurizing agent.
