The invention discloses a preparation method for coal water slurry with optimizing gradation, low energy consumption and high concentration. The preparation method includes the steps that (1) coarse powder and fine powder are prepared, wherein the coarse powder is prepared from breaking coal through a crusher and sieving through a sieve of 14 mesh; coal water slurry with a concentration of 40-60% is produced by a ball milling machine, and the coal water slurry with the average grain diameter of less than 30 micrometers is used as the fine powder; (2) the coarse powder and fine powder prepared by the step (1) are mixed according to the dry base ratio of 1-3:1 to form the mixture, and by adding water and coal slurry additives to the mixture, the coal water slurry with a viscosity of 500-1500 mPa.S is prepared. The preparation method can greatly improve the concentration of the coal water slurry, and meet the requirements of the gasification slurry preparation, and meanwhile, the preparation of the coarse particles which directly adopts the crushing process with high efficiency, has a good effect of energy saving. The invention requests to protect a multi-scale characteristic quantitative description method for surface temperature spatial variability based on a set and a structure model, and the method comprises the steps of carrying out the data preprocessing of a Landsat8 remote sensing image of a research region, and carrying out the surface temperature inversion through employing a classical surface temperature inversion algorithm, proposing the principle of spatial distribution characteristics of the surface temperature under different spatial scales, fitting the surface temperature spatial variability under each scale through a theoretical semi-variation function established based on a single structure model; obtaining an obtained function curve, carrying out segmentation processing, establishing a theoretical semi-variation function based on a set and a structure model, carrying out fitting on the surface temperature spatial variability under each scale again, and finally obtaining a block gold value, a partial base station value, a base station value, a block base ratio and a variable range. The method can be used for the urban areas with complex terrain structures, and is more accurate and comprehensive compared with the conventional method for analyzing the spatial distribution of the surface temperature in a qualitative manner.

According to the photoelectric detector, ultraviolet double-wavelength narrow-linewidth detection is completed by using two sets of complete strain ultra-short period superlattice structures externally extending to a same substrate, the material structure, growth process and preparation technology of a double-wavelength detector are greatly simplified, and through precise selection and high integration, the basis is provided for multi-wavelength integrated colorimaging. According to the photoelectric detector, by regulating and controlling the layer number of trap molecules and base molecules of a single-period superlattice, the trap molecules and the basemolecules reach a force balance state nearby a coherent interface and are in complete strain; by designing and forming two sets of complete strain ultra-short period superlattices, double-wavelength detection on ultraviolet light signals can be achieved.
