The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a cadmium sulfide / graphite like carbon nitride (CdS / g-C3N4) composite visible light catalyst. The preparation method of the catalyst is a chemical precipitation method which is performed in an alkaline environment, wherein g-C3N4 is taken as a matrix, and CdCl2 and Na2S are taken as raw materials. The weight ratio of CdS to g-C3N4 in CdS / g-C3N4 is (1:2)-(5:1), and when the composite visible light catalyst is used for visible light catalysis treatment of methylene blue and methyl violet solutions, a better degradation effect can be obtained; and furthermore, the catalyst can still keep higher catalytic activity after being reused for five times. The composite visible light catalyst disclosed by the invention has important significance for development of the visible light catalyst, and also has good application prospects in treatment of dye wastewater.

According to the electric methanol hydrogen transporting tool disclosed by the invention, the methanol can be used as energy for the transporting tool so that problems of energy crisis and vehicle emission are solved. The electric methanol hydrogen transporting tool disclosed by the invention is advantaged in that the volume of a hydrogen preparation device is small; the prepared hydrogen is rapid, stable and highly purified because the hydrogen is purified by using a special catalyst formula and a palladium membrane; and stable input energy can be provided to the transporting tool.

The recombinant saccharomyces cerevisiae disclosed by the invention can continuously and efficiently secrete beta-glucosidase in a complex non-selective medium, and the extracellular enzyme activity can reach 1005.3 U / g (dry weight). By using a characteristic that the maximum specific growth rate of cellobiose is consistent with that of glucose, the strain reaches 0.29 h<-1> under the condition of limited oxygen. In SSF taking a cellulose material as a substrate, the yield of ethanol taking microcrystalline cellulose as a substrate is increased by 110%, and the yield of ethanol taking acid-hydrolyzed corncobs as a substrate is increased by 89%. The recombinant saccharomyces cerevisiae strain disclosed by the invention is of great importance in reducing the production cost of simultaneous saccharification and fermentation in the process of cellulosic ethanol production, and simplifying the production process.

The recombinant zymomonas mobilis can efficiently express exogenous genes, can efficiently produce the ethanol by using glucose and the xylose to ferment together at the temperature of between 30 and 34 DEG C, and can produce the ethanol by using corncob hydrolysate containing the xylose and the glucose. The strains have important significance for producing clean energy by effectively using waste lignocellulose and solving the current energy crisis.

In the method, the biological coal is prepared by processing a biomass molding fuel, such as drying, carbonizing, cooling and the like in turn through carbonization conversion technology; a process system adopted in the carbonization conversion technology is approximately a sealing system, superheated vapor or N2 or other inert gases are taken as a medium, and part of vapor is from moisture in a wet raw material; in the process, vapor and heat produced in the drying process are provided for a heater for carbonization, so that heat energy is recycled in the process, and only a small amount of heat energy needs to be supplemented; a small amount of pyrolysis gas produced in the carbonization process is recycled as a fuel, so that a heat source is provided for the drying and carbonization processes; and heat released in the cooling process is recycled, so that the heat energy is provided for the drying and carbonization processes. The castor oil modified emulsion for improving the edge corrosion resistance of the waterborne coating disclosed by the invention increases the reactivity of the castor oil, microgel is synthesized through a manner of the core-shell emulsion polymerization, and when the microgel is used in the waterborne coating, a triglyceride structure of the castor oil is better exposed on the surfaces of latex particles in a shell part of the emulsion, furthermore, the triglyceride structure obviously inhibits film shrinkage, and improves the edge corrosion resistance of the film in the solidification process of the film.
