Abstract

The invention relates to a clean production method of yeast protein feed with high content. The method comprises the following steps: pulverizing wheat; and adding water into the wheat and performingpulping and enzymatic hydrolysis to obtain saccharified liquid with residues, and performing solid-liquid separation to obtain wheat protein wet residues and dilute saccharified liquid; heating, evaporating and concentrating a part of dilute saccharified liquid to obtain concentrated saccharified liquid, and keeping surplus dilute saccharified liquid for later use; adding urea and dipotassium phosphate into the concentrated saccharified liquid, and performing dissolution to obtain nutrient liquid; diluting, sterilizing and cooking the dilute saccharified liquid, inoculating saccharomycetes seed liquid, introducing sterile air to culture, adding the nutrient liquid in a culturing process, stopping adding the nutrient liquid when dissolved oxygen of fermenting liquid is gradually up to 60 percent or above and performing culturing to obtain yeast fermenting liquid; and carrying out centrifugal separation to obtain high-concentration yeast pulp; mixing the high-concentration yeast pulp with the wheat protein wet residues and carrying out drying to obtain the yeast protein feed with the high content. The yeast protein feed with the high content disclosed by the invention has the advantages that must nutrients, such as aminio acid, beta-dextran, somatomedin and dietary fibers for animals are enriched, and the feed has the characteristics of promoting growth, easily digesting and enhancing immunity of the animals.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of microbial fermentation technology and feed, and in particular relates to a clean production method of high-content yeast protein feed. Background technique [0002] China is a country with a large population and the largest pig raising country in the world. In 2017, the output value of China's animal husbandry industry reached 3.6 trillion yuan, 689 million pigs were slaughtered, of which 42 million sows were on hand, and pork output was 59.67 million tons. According to statistics from the Ministry of Agriculture, the national commercial feed production reached 205 million tons in 2017. Among them, 179 million tons of full-price feed, 21.51 million tons of concentrated feed, 6.9 million tons of premixed feed, including 89.74 million tons of pig feed, 90 million tons of poultry feed, 53 million tons of aquatic feed, and 8.5 million tons of cattle and sheep feed, 3.5 million tons of feed for rabbits, raccoons and p...
