The system comprises: a laser speckle illumination subsystem, which provides laser speckle illumination light; a spatial light stimulation subsystem, which provides spatial stimulation light; an imaging acquisition subsystem, which is used for receiving the laser speckle illumination light and the space stimulationlight, coupling the laser speckle illumination light and the space stimulation light and providing an imaging view field for laser speckle imaging; and an image processing subsystem, which comprisesa feedback adjustment module that outputs an adjustment signal to the spatial light stimulation subsystem according to the imaging result of laser speckles and enables the spatial light stimulation subsystem to output adjusted spatial stimulation light, and a view field matching module that is used for carrying out space matching on an adjusted space stimulation light field and an imaging view field before next imaging.
