Abstract

The invention relates to a method for extracting vanadium from manganese vanadium slag prepared based on converter vanadium blowing, and belongs to the technical field of vanadium extraction of novelvanadium slag. The method comprises the following steps: 1, performing oxidation roasting on the manganese vanadium slag to obtain clinker for the oxidation roasting; 2, leaching the clinker for the oxidation roasting in a strong acid solution to obtain a mixed solution; and 3, separating the mixed solution, and carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a vanadium-containing solution and vanadium extraction tailings. According to the method, the efficient cyclic utilization of manganese vanadium slag resources can be realized, and the optimization improvement is carried out on the basis of the vanadium extraction of existing vanadium slag; and because a manganese vanadium slag body contains relatively high manganese, the manganese vanadium slag can directly carry out blank roasting without adding any additives.
