Abstract

The invention relates to a production process of Zushima joint analgesic plaster. The production process comprises steps as follows: rubber is heated, softened and plastified to be flocculent; the flocculent rubber, Vaseline and wool fat are heated and mixed untile the rubber sufficiently absorbs the vaseline and the wool fat, wherein 30-40 parts by weight of the rubber, 6-12 parts by weight of the vaseline and 2-5 parts by weight of the wool fat are added sequentially; second mixing is performed and plastification is performed until the rubber materials are uniform and have basically consistent color and luster; the mixed rubber materials and rosin are mixed uniformly: the obtained materials are mixed uniformly with a Zushima fluid extract and pharmaceutic adjuvants, and the pharmaceuticadjuvants contain active ingredients easily volatilizing when heated; the materials and a filling dispersant are mixed uniformly; the mixture is applied and rolled, drying is not performed after application; and the process does not contain the step of adding solvent gasoline to soak the rubber. Compared with conventional processes, the production process is safer, and the prepared product is better in quality.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of production of rubber plaster preparations, in particular to a production process of Zushima Joint Pain Relief Ointment. Background technique [0002] Zushi Ma Joint Pain Relief Ointment is a rubber plaster, which has a history of more than 40 years of preparation and application. [0003] The existing production process of Zushima Joint Pain Relief Ointment is the "solvent method" production process, that is, the natural rubber is washed, dried, cut into strips, put into a rubber mixer to refine into silk flocs, and added with No. 120 solvent Soak in gasoline, and when it swells into a gel, put it in a glue machine and stir evenly, then add zinc oxide, rosin, vaseline, and lanolin in sequence, and continue stirring until it is evenly mixed. Add methyl sylate, diphenhydramine, and musk xylene into the glue machine and stir to make a uniform paste, then move it into the glue filter, filter it with an 80-me...
