Abstract

The invention relates to a primer set and probe set for joint detection of stroke drug use gene loci. By utilization of knowledge of bioinformatics and related software of bioinformatics, after multiple SNP locus sequence information capable of being searched in an open database is subjected to homology analysis, peripheral SNP analysis, frequency analysis, base content analysis and SNP peripheralsequence analysis, a specific PCR primer and a genotype specific fluorescent labelled probe system are designed and optimized; the sequences of the primer set are SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:128; and the sequences of the probe set are SEQ ID NO:129 to SEQ ID NO:256. The invention further relates to a kit for joint detection of stroke drug use gene loci, and a method for joint detection of stroke drug use gene loci. The detection typing of stroke drug use SNP loci is realized by utilization of a real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR detection technology based on an OpenArray nanometre-litre flowcontrol chip; and the invention has the advantages of being high in flux, specificity and sensitivity, steady in result, good in repeatability and rapid in detection speed.
