Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for treating oily wastewater by a pulse aeration membrane technology. Wastewater is introduced into a static pressure filtration system through a water inlet system; oxygen and ozone are input into the static pressure filtering system through the aeration system in a pulse aeration mode; and the static pressure filtration system oxidizes oil substances in the wastewater through the combined action of an ozone catalyst loaded on a flat ceramic membrane in the ceramic membrane assembly, input oxygen and ozone. By adopting the pulse aeration mode, blockage of the membrane can be relieved to a great extent, and the service life of the membrane is prolonged; a static pressure water outlet mode is adopted, so that the energy consumption is reduced,and the economic cost is saved, wherein concentrated water generated by filtering can be subjected to resource recovery, so that resource utilization is realized; in addition, through a coupling pulseaeration membrane filtration mode, the possibility of the pulse aeration membrane filtration process in wastewater treatment application is further improved.
