Abstract

Firstly, a small molecule drug temozolomide (TMZ) and a liposome with a phase transition temperature are prepared into a solid precursor liposome, and then an ultra-small four-dimensional Ferric oxide magnetic nanoparticles (Fe 3 o 4 MNPs) suspension was hydrated to form Temozolomide Magnetic Thermosensitive Liposomes (TMZ / Fe‑TSL). This form of drug delivery combines ferrofluid hyperthermia, chemotherapy, and temperature-controlled drug release, which not only prolongs the plasma half-life of temozolomide, enhances its efficacy, but also reduces drug toxicity.
