Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: preparing coarse morinda citrifolia powder; carrying out flash extraction, concentration, alcohol precipitation, concentration and drying to obtain crude morinda citrifolia polysaccharides; carrying out deproteinization treatment and decoloration; and carrying out elution by adopting a DEAE-52 fiber column, and carrying out Sephadex G-75 gel column chromatography so as to obtain five kinds of homogeneous morinda citrifolia polysaccharides.
