Abstract

The strain is the sinorhizobium sp. strain YTR-S1 and preserved in China General Microbiological CultureCollection Center on September 18, 2020, and has the preservation number of CGMCC 20681. Based on an organic fertilization long-term positioning test of a Yingtan red soil ecological experiment station of Chinese Academy of Sciences, an efficient phosphorus-dissolving bacterium is screened from corn rhizosphere soil. Sequencing identification is performed on the efficient phosphorus-dissolving bacterium. The strain YTR-S1 has capacity of efficiently dissolving inorganic phosphorus and organic phosphorus. A potting experiment finds that the added strain YTR-S1 remarkably increases available phosphorus content of red soil and improves growth condition and quality of corn.
