Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of biological materials, and particularly discloses a tantalum-reinforced polyether-ether-ketone composite coating as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing a chitosan solution and ethanol, sequentially adding PEEK powder and nano tantalum to obtain a mixed solution, and performing ultrasonic dispersion to obtain a nano suspension; and (2) putting a cathode material and an anode material into the nano suspension solution obtained in the step (1); and introducing direct current , and perfroming deposition to obtain the tantalum-reinforced polyether-ether-ketone composite coating. According to the invention, a PEEK coating is prepared on a substrate such as titanium and an alloy thereof, stainless steel and the like through a cathode electrodeposition method, and tantalum nanoparticles are introduced into a PEEK material. The tantalum nanoparticles are introduced, so that the osteogenesis performance of the PEEK can be enhanced. The coating prepared through cathode electrodeposition is short in production time, simple in equipment, low in price and wide in application prospect.
