Abstract

The invention discloses a gasoline light fraction deep processing technology which comprises the following steps: (1) a C5 separation procedure: sending normal C5 / C6 alkane to a depentanizer, and using tower bottom oil of the depentanizer as normal C6 alkane; (2) a hydrogenation debenzolization process: mixing normal C6 alkane with fresh hydrogen to form a hydrogenation raw material, feeding the hydrogenation raw material into a hydrofining reactor, carrying out an aromatic hydrocarbon saturation reaction, and carrying out hydrogen separation on a reactant discharged from the bottom of the hydrofining reactor to obtain a crude product n-hexane; (3) a rectification process: the crude product n-hexane enters a rectification tower, and a second liquid phase part generated by a second reflux tank at the tower top of the rectification tower becomes 99.5 wt% n-hexane; 98.5 wt% n-hexane is obtained from the tower side line of the rectifying tower, and tower bottom heavy oil of the rectifying tower is discharged out of the rectifying tower.
