Abstract

The anti-aging cellular preparation is prepared through extracting peripheral blood from a healthy youngster, separating a single karyocyte colony from the peripheral blood, and then, culturing single karyocytes with a cell-induced culture medium; and according to the cell-induced culture medium, L-glutamine, non-essential amino acids, rhbFGF, rhEGF, rhSCF, rhBDNF and human serum albumin are added into a DMEM / F12 basal culture medium. The single karyocytes are separated from the peripheral blood in vitro and then are subjected to pre-induced culture, thus, terminal cells can be removed from the peripheral blood, and a cell population with neural stem cell differentiation trend and peripheral blood stem / progenitor cell characteristics can also be obtained; and by inputting such cellular variants to elderly weak individuals, the constitution of the weak elderly individuals can be strengthened, and the surrounding environment perceptibility, skin brightness and youngness of the weak elderly individuals can also be improved. Animal experiments show that such pre-induced-cultured human cells can be used for prolonging lives.
