Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a novel retarding type high-performance water reducing agent and a preparation method thereof. The product developed by the invention comprises carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane, wherein the carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane is obtained by carrying out a cross-linking reaction on isocyanate and a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent; the carboxylic acid type waterborne polyurethane is subjected to a cross-linking reaction to form a three-dimensional cross-linked network; and the three-dimensional cross-linked network is filled with nano silicon dioxide. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a chain extender, carrying out vacuum dehydration, adding isocyanate, dimethyl pyrrolidone and a catalyst, carrying out a heating reaction, adding a cross-linking agent and tetraethoxysilane, and continuing the heating reaction to obtain a mixed solution; and naturally cooling the mixed solution to 60-65 DEG C, and then adding alkali liquor for neutralization in a stirring state to obtain the product. The product obtained by the invention can effectively inhibit the adsorption and interference of clay on the water reducer in the use process of the product.
