Abstract

The invention discloses a method for detecting heavy metal As (III) in a natural water body. The method comprises the following steps of pretreating the obtained natural water body, adding a detection reagent (NaAc, HAc and FeCl3), pre-polishing a glassy carbon electrode, constructing a three-electrode system, detecting an electrochemical signal by using square wave anodic stripping voltammetry, drawing a linear calibration curve corresponding to peak current and As (III) concentration, a standard addition method being used for detecting the recovery rate of As (III) in a natural water body, and the recovery rate meeting the underground water quality standard GB / T 14848-2017:IV type water quality standard specified by the national standard of the People's Republic of China. According to the method, a simple unmodified glassy carbon electrode is used, and the heavy metal As (III) (GB / T 14848-2017:class IV standard) below 50ppb can be detected only by adding the detection reagent into the filtered natural water body. Compared with a synthetic electrode surface modification material for detecting As (III), the method is simpler, more convenient, more practical, more economical, good in repeatability and stability and suitable for rapid detection of non-professional technical operators.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of water quality detection, in particular to a method for detecting heavy metal As(III) in natural water bodies. Background technique [0002] The pollution of heavy metal ions has become increasingly prominent, posing a great threat to the life, health and safety of animals, plants and human beings. The main form of arsenic in natural groundwater and surface water is inorganic H 3 AsO 3 、H 3 AsO 4 、HAsO 4 2- Among them, As(III) has a very low content in drinking water but is highly toxic. According to the national standard of the People's Republic of China, the groundwater quality standard GB / T 14848-2017: Class IV, the content of As(III) should not exceed 50ppb. Therefore, a fast, simple, efficient and convenient detection method is urgently needed to detect the concentration of heavy metal As(III) in natural water bodies. [0003] Due to the harmfulness and severity of heavy metal ions, the current...
