Abstract

A flux-cored wire mixture is prepared from, by mass, 6.5% of Mg powder, 35% of Fe powder, 2.0% of Al powder, 11.5% of Cr powder, 3.0% of V powder, 0.05% of fluorinated graphene and 41.95% of titanium carbide. The microstructure of deposited metal formed by using the welding wire is composed of titanium carbide and a matrix, a crystal form main body of the deposited metal is martensite, and part of austenite remains on the martensite edge. Compared with the prior art, the flux-cored wire in the scheme has the beneficial effects that the droplet transition period of the welding wire is prolonged, the metallurgical reaction behavior is intensified, and the self-protection effect of the welding wire is further optimized; after improvement, the splashing rate is low; and the action effect on a molten pool is enhanced, the slag splashing behavior is less, the deposition efficiency is improved, a certain influence on macroscopic forming of a welding seam is achieved, and the wear resistance and the oxidation resistance are enhanced.
