Abstract

The invention relates to the field of solid waste recycling, and provides a method for efficiently removing nitrogen from secondary aluminum ash and preparing a pre-melting type calcium aluminate refining agent. The method comprises the steps: mixing the secondary aluminum ash with quick lime and sodium carbonate, oxidizing aluminum nitride into aluminum oxide and nitrogen through high-temperature treatment, melting the mixture to obtain a calcium aluminate melt, pouring the melt, and carrying out cooling to obtain the pre-melting type calcium aluminate refining agent. Sodium carbonate is utilized to promote efficient oxidation of aluminum nitride of secondary aluminum ash , so that ammonia pollution caused by hydrolysis of aluminum nitride is avoided; and the pre-melting type calcium aluminate refining agent is prepared from the secondary aluminum ash. The method realizes harmless treatment of the secondary aluminum ash and high-valued utilization of the secondary aluminum ash in the pre-melting type calcium aluminate refining agent, and has the advantages of short process, no pollution and easiness in industrialization.
