Abstract

According to the present invention, the cochliodinol is singly used or the cochliodinol and the cis-platinum (or the oxaliplatin) are combined to act on different tumor cells so as to provide different inhibition effects, such that the broad anti-tumor effect is provided, and the inhibition effect on the human colon cancer cell SW620 is strongest. Experimental results show that cochliodinol can effectively reduce expression of p-MEK protein, p-ERK protein and apoptosis protein bcl-2, so that cochliodinol can act on tumor cell apoptosis and cycle processes to play an anti-tumor role.
