layout optimization method based on a
simulation result. The method comprises the steps that ICU building space data and
medical staff behavior data are collected; constructing a medical
process simulation model to simulate dynamic activities and hand
hygiene behaviors of
medical staff; a people flow density thermodynamic diagram and a
hand washing facility use frequency diagram are output through
simulation deduction; analyzing a
simulation result to identify a
layout bottleneck region and a to-be-optimized
point location; generating an optimized
layout scheme, including increasing, adjusting or canceling
hand washing facility point locations; and finally verifying the optimization effect through simulation. The problems that a traditional layout method depends on experience and lacks data support are solved, ICU hand
hygiene facility layout can be optimally optimized in a prospective mode, the hand hygiene compliance of
medical staff is remarkably improved, the hospital
infection risk is effectively reduced, meanwhile, disassembly and change waste after building is avoided, and the method has important clinical application value.
