The invention discloses a hip muscle push-pull device, and belongs to the field of sport equipment. The device comprises upper handles, a main frame, a pulley, a steel wire rope, lower handles, a seat, a guide rail, an iron block, and pedals. The upper handles (1) are disposed above the main frame (2), and the lower handles (5) are disposed at the center. The guide rail (7) is disposed in front of the main frame (2), and is provided with the seat (6) in a sleeved manner.
