According to the invention, the count of high-energy alpha particles emitted by 218Po decay and the count of high-energy alpha particles emitted by 214Po decay in a longer time period are simultaneously measured, and two radon exhalation rates are respectively obtained and are averaged, so that the accurate radon exhalation rate is obtained.
