Traditional Chinese can be directly inputted by converting fixed base roots of tails of the simplified Chinese into universal base roots, and inputting without remembering codes is realized. Sounds, forms and meanings of the 280 character-forming base roots are dependent on 'sounds, forms and meanings' of letters on a keyboard for association reasoning, unique positioning is realized, remembering base roots and keys of the keyboard is not needed, and rote learning and practicing of codes and keys of the keyboard can be avoided by inputting conventionally.
