The method includes the following steps: the medium or high-grade alumyte is mixed with calcium oxide, with the calcium-aluminium molar weight ratio ranging from 1.3 to 1.5; and the alumina-contained clinker can be obtained after the mixture is sintered for 30 to 90 minutes at a temperature ranging from 1270 DEG C to 1310 DEG C. The invention adopts an intensified lime-sintering method, i.e., the alumyte is added with calcium oxide. Compared with soda lime sintering method, the invention has the advantages that raw materials are broad in source, the clinker is dispensed with alkali, carbon seed pregnant liquor is not sintered, the alkali is circulated only in wet processing step, and dry sintering method with lower alkali consumption and lower energy consumption can be adopted.
