Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of chitosan asymetric membrane for leading periodontium to be regenerated, comprising the steps of: preparing basal plasmamembrane of the chitosan by means of forming a salivating membrane; preparing chitosan/polyvinyl alcohol spinning solution A and hydroxylapatite/chitosan/ alcohol spinning solution B; filling the spinning solution A or the spinning solution B into an injector; and eclectically spinning a layer of nonwoven membrane with porous structure on the basal plasmamembrane of the chitosan by means of spinning anelectric. The chitosan asymetric membrane can provide more structural space for cell growth and good microenvironment for cell survival, and can actively lead the periodontium to be regenerated (the regeneration comprises agglutination, differentiation, proliferation and secretion of extracellular matrix). Meanwhile, the basal plasmamembrane of the chitosan also can be used as a barrier membrane to stop the ingeneration of fibroblast, and is good for the osteoblast to grow into a defect area of the periodontium.
