Abstract

The fertilizer belongs to compound and in particular relates to a long-acting compound fertilizer containing phosphogypsum and a preparation method thereof. The fertilizer is characterized by comprising the following raw materials according to parts by weight: 3-50 parts of phosphogypsum, 20-50 parts of long-acting nitrogenous fertilizer, 5-35 parts of phosphatic fertilizer, 5-40 parts of potassic fertilizer and 1-5 parts of trace element compound. The invention provides an environment-friendly long-acting compound fertilizer and a preparation method thereof, which can reduce greenhouse gas emission, lower amount of inorganic salt ions entering water, protect atmospheric environment, prevent soil from hardening, improving soil structure, optimizing soil ecology and greatly reducing agricultural production cost; in addition the fertilizer features comprehensive nutrition, prevention of diseases, slow release of nutrient components and high utilization ratio of fertilizer. Meanwhile, a new channel for utilizing waste residues by phosphoric acid discharge through wet process is developed so that the environment can be protected and resources can be saved. Therefore the fertilizer is suitable for various soils and crops.
