Abstract

The invention discloses a rehmannia-radix asparagi beverage which comproises the raw materials based on parts by weight as follows: 10-18 parts of raw rehmannia, 3-9 parts of ginger, 6-12 parts of radix asparagi, 15-50 parts of honey and 3-10 parts of apple vinegar. The beverage is prepared by Chinese medicines such as the raw rehmannia, the ginger, the radix asparagi, the honey and the apple vinegar, and adopts an ultra-high temperature instant sterilization technology and a low temperature encapsulation technology, so that the beverage can not be corrupted and deteriorated, and the overmuch loss of active constituents can be effectively avoided. The beverage is flaxen in color and luster, better in transparency, even and coincident in solutions, free of impurity after the beverage is put for a long time, bitterish in scent, tender and unique in flavor and bitterish, sour, sweet and delicious, and comprises 8-10% of soluble solid contents and 0.15% of total acid (according to citric acid). The rehmannia-radix asparagi beverage has the health-care effects of tonifying kidney, prolonging life, maintaining beauty and keeping young.
