The method comprises three main production steps of: firstly, preparing a high-efficiency stabilized flame retardant by commonly and uniformly mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-70 parts of powdery water-soluble ammonium polyphosphate, 20-40 parts of boride, 10-30 parts of silicide and 5-30 parts of 50% aqueous solution of transition metal salt chelate or 3-20 parts of 50% aqueous solution of rare-earth metal salt chelate; secondly, selecting raw materials and carrying out antiflaming treatment; and thirdly, manufacturing a final product of the high-efficiency and antiflaming stabilized recombinant bamboo plywood.
