Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out fractional precipitation, ultrafiltration, ion-exchange column chromatography, hydrophobic chromatography and opposite phase chromatography on a clam liquid by ammonium sulphate to obtain the polypeptide of which the molecular weight is 15KDa.
