Problems solved by technology

[0002] Since the 1960s, solvent-based polyurethane has been widely used. At present, polyurethane coatings, adhesives, and synthetic leather resin stock solutions are still solvent-based, but organic solvents are flammable, volatile, and smelly. Air pollution, with the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection and the increasing severity of global pollution, the words "green" and "environmental protection" have gradually been put on the agenda
These materials have a low ignition point and are easy to catch fire. There are also many flame retardants on the market, but most of them are expensive to produce or have poor effects, are not easy to promote, and are not environmentally friendly.

Abstract

The invention discloses an indoor flame-retardant coating, belonging to building materials. The flame-retardant coating comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 55 percent of magnesium oxide, 40 percent of magnesium chloride, 1.5 percent of phenolic resin liquid, 1 percent of oxalic acid, 1 percent of talcum powder, 0.5 percent of lime, 0.5 percent of copper sulfate and 0.5 percent of emulsifying oil. The flame-retardant coating is prepared by mixing the materials in a mixing machine in sequence, agitating into a pasty shape at a room temperature being 17 DEG C to 27 DEG C, coating the pasty material on the surface of a prepared mold, and then laying a layer of glass wool cloth, coating and laying again till reaching the required thickness; after curing, demoulding and trimming, doping into acceptable products. The flame-retardant coating has the following beneficial effects that the raw materials have wide sources and low cost and are easy to purchase; the flame-retardant coating has wide application range and high strength, is indeformable, non-ageing, damp-proof and acid-resistant and alkali-resistant; and the processing equipment is simple and easy in operation and is stable in reaction.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a decorative material, in particular to an indoor flame-retardant paint, which belongs to building materials. Background technique [0002] Since the 1960s, solvent-based polyurethane has been widely used. At present, polyurethane coatings, adhesives, and synthetic leather resin stock solutions are still solvent-based, but organic solvents are flammable, volatile, and smelly. Air pollution, with the enhancement of people's awareness of environmental protection and the increasing severity of global pollution, the words "green" and "environmental protection" have gradually been put on the agenda. [0003] Most of the materials for making furniture, kitchen utensils, trash cans, handicrafts, and decorations used indoors are made of wood, plastics and other materials. These materials have a low ignition point and are easy to catch fire. There are also many flame retardants on the market, but most of them are expensive to produce o...
