Embodiment 1

[0020] After extracting human feces from the septic tank, filter out the sundries through a mesh screen with a hole size of 2 cm, add appropriate amount of auxiliary materials (see Table 1), stir evenly, and prepare compost. Pour the culture material into the corresponding container, the height of the culture material is 4cm, and insert an appropriate amount of housefly eggs on the surface of the culture material, and the egg density is: 0.2g housefly eggs / kg culture material. The culture temperature was set at 30°C, and the housefly eggs hatched into larvae on the 2nd day, and began to decompose and transform the compost. Properly replenish water during the cultivation process to prevent excessive temperature rise. On the 4th day, put a larger container outside the culture container, and sprinkle dry rice bran powder in it to facilitate the collection of mature housefly maggots. After 4-5 days, the housefly larvae have reached the mature state, and they climbed out of the co...

Embodiment 2

[0024] After extracting the human feces from the septic tank, filter out the sundries through a mesh screen with a hole size of 6 cm, add appropriate amount of auxiliary materials (see Table 2), stir evenly, and prepare compost. Pour the culture material into the corresponding container, the height of the culture material is 6cm, and insert an appropriate amount of housefly eggs on the surface of the culture material, and the egg density is: 0.6g housefly eggs / kg culture material. The culture temperature was set at 25°C, the housefly eggs hatched into larvae on the 2nd day, and began to decompose and transform the compost. Properly replenish water during the cultivation process to prevent excessive temperature rise. On the 4th day, put a larger container outside the culture container, and sprinkle dry rice bran powder in it to facilitate the collection of mature housefly maggots. After 4~5 days, the housefly larvae have reached the mature state, and they climbed out of the co...

Embodiment 3

[0028] After extracting human feces from the septic tank, filter out the sundries through a mesh screen with a hole size of 8 cm, add appropriate amount of auxiliary materials (see Table 3), stir evenly, and prepare compost. Pour the culture material into the corresponding container, the height of the culture material is 8cm, and insert an appropriate amount of housefly eggs on the surface of the culture material, and the egg density is: 0.8g housefly eggs / kg culture material. At room temperature, the housefly eggs hatched into larvae on the 2nd day and began to decompose and transform the compost. The culture temperature is set at 20-25°C, and the water should be properly supplemented during the culture process to prevent the temperature from rising too high. On the 4th day, put a larger container outside the culture container, and sprinkle dry rice bran powder in it to facilitate the collection of mature housefly maggots. After 4~5 days, when the housefly larvae have reache...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing an organic fertilizer by processing human manure with houseflies, belonging to the technical field of environmental protection. The method comprises the following steps: filtering manure slag with a mesh screen of which the pore size is 2-10cm, adding auxiliary materials to prepare a compost, inoculating housefly blows on the compost surface, culturing at 25-35 DEG C for 4-5 days, collecting the compost, and drying to prepare the organic fertilizer, wherein the auxiliary materials are feather meal, meat and bone meal, sawdust and straw powder. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of high processing capacity, small occupied area and low energy consumption in the processing course. The biological organic fertilizer and housefly maggot bioproteins are simultaneously obtained in the course of processing the human manure slag, thereby recycling the human manure slag and changing wastes into valuable substances. The invention can be used for producing the organic fertilizer and bioproteins on the premise of improving the environmental hygiene, thereby having wide application prospects.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a feces treatment method, which belongs to the field of environmental protection, in particular to a method for preparing organic fertilizer by using houseflies to treat human feces. Background technique [0002] Every day, large and medium-sized cities pump out a large amount of human feces from the septic tanks of public toilets. Otherwise, these human feces will have the environmental risk of overflowing after the tank is full. A big problem. At present, the main treatment method for urban human excrement is to pull it to landfill after dehydration or air-drying. A small amount of human waste is used for microbial fermentation composting. [0003] Although the method of landfill is simple and convenient, the processing cost is high, the time is long, and it takes up a lot of land. [0004] Studies have shown that the treatment of pig manure with housefly larvae (maggots) reduces the amount of manure after treatment to an ...
