Abstract

The preparation method comprises the steps of: mixing and dissolving paraphthaloyl chloride with glycerol, adding the mixture to a reaction kettle, reacting at the temperature of 90-130 DEG C for 2-8 hours, maintaining the temperature, adding polyethylene glycol-200 to continue reacting for 2-8 hours, finally adding 12-hydroxystearic acid and catalyst namely stannous chloride; and reacting under the protection of N2 at the temperature of 100-150 DEG C for 2-10 hours, drying, and cooling to room temperature to obtain white waxy solid namely an internal lubricating agent product.
