Abstract

The mixed raw material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 to 60 parts of dragon fruit peel (based on completely dry material), 0.2 to 10 parts of nonprotein nitrogen source, 0.2 to 5.0 parts of phosphate, 0.1 to 3.0 parts of magnesium salt, 0 to 15 parts of adjustment agent and 40 to 98 parts of water. The production method comprises the following steps of: adjusting the pH value to 4.5 to 7.5; adding the beneficial fungicides which account for 2 to 10 percent of the total weight of the mixture and are made of beneficial microbes, wherein the total number of effective live fungicides of the beneficial fungicides is not less than 0.1 billion per gram; and mixing, carrying out fermentation cultivating, drying and smashing to obtain the unicellular protein feed.
