Abstract

The present invention is a composition for an adhesive hydrogel formed from at least a polymer matrix forming material, water, and a polyvalent alcohol. The polymer matrix forming material is formed from at least: (a) a (meth)acrylic acid, a (meth)acrylic acid derivative, or a C4-5 vinyl derivative having two carboxyl groups; (b) a (meth)acrylamide or (meth)acrylamide derivative; (c) N-vinyl-2-caprolactam and / or N-vinyl-2-valerolactam; and (d) a crosslinkable monomer, wherein the content of (b) in the adhesive hydrogel composition is 2 to 20 wt%.
