An object of the method provided by the invention is to protect the grain agricultural products from the biology invasion from a period that the products are stored in a warehouse to a period that the products are out of the warehouse. The composite essential oil provided by the invention is prepared from five kinds of essential oil comprising litsea cubeba oil, cassia oil, clove oil, wrinkled giant hyssop oil and geranium oil in a ratio of 7:1:1:0.5:0.5. The composite essential oil is fumigated and atomized by an ultrasonic atomization fumigating device to fumigate the storage agricultural products, so that the insect-expelling and anti-microbial for the storage agricultural products are achieved. The ultrasonic atomization fumigating device mainly comprises an atomization system and an air-blasting system.
