Abstract

The invention relates to a method for synthesis of an ultraviolet curing pressure-sensitive adhesive by photopolymerization. The method comprises the steps of: (1) mixing acrylate monomers (viscous monomers, cohesion monomers, and modified monomers) with a free radical photoinitiator evenly, conducting irradiating with an ultraviolet lamp, when the viscosity of the system reaches 3000cps-6000cps at 25DEG C, stopping irradiating, thus obtaining an acrylate oligomer; and (2) cooling the obtained acrylate oligomer to room temperature, then replenishing it with 0-5 parts by mass of the free radical photoinitiator and 0-5 parts by mass of an active crosslinking agent, mixing them uniformly to obtain the ultraviolet curing pressure-sensitive adhesive, and preserving the ultraviolet curing pressure-sensitive adhesive in dark place. The invention employs photopolymerization to prepare the ultraviolet curing pressure-sensitive adhesive, the reaction rate is very fast and is not affected by temperature; the reaction process is controllable; no organic solvent is added to the reactants, the solid content is 100%, and the environmental pollution is reduced.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a preparation method of ultraviolet curing pressure-sensitive adhesive, which is mainly applied to various types of tapes for packaging and packaging, various sanitary products, such as sanitary napkins, diapers, etc., and various commercial labels. Medical supplies, such as band-aids, infusion patches, adhesive plasters, medical tapes, etc., transparent adhesive papers of various colors used in daily production and life, and electronic products such as mobile phones and computers. Background technique [0002] As the world pays more and more attention to environmental protection issues, the traditional pressure-sensitive adhesive process has changed from solvent-based to water-emulsion type. However, water-emulsion type has disadvantages such as high energy consumption and reduced performance, while hot-melt type process does not require Solvent, but high energy consumption, pressure sensitive adhesive has poor creep resist...
