Abstract

The invention discloses a dual-core microcapsule, a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the dual-core microcapsule comprises the steps of stirring and mixing melamine and a formaldehyde solution, adjusting pH value of a system to 8-9, heating and stirring a mixed solution of melamine and formaldehyde in a water bath with a temperature of 65-75 DEG C, and adding distilled water to react to obtain a water-soluble melamine-formaldehyde prepolymer; then mixing and stirring the water-soluble melamine-formaldehyde prepolymer and an emulsifying agent according to a ratio till the water-soluble melamine-formaldehyde prepolymer and the emulsifying agent are completely dissolved; adjusting pH value, adding a first core material to react to obtain a melamine-formaldehyde resin microcapsule with a particle diameter of 0.1-300 microns; adding the melamine-formaldehyde resin microcapsule and a second core material into a chitosan solution to form liquid drops by using an injection pump, collecting the liquid drops in a CaCl2 solution and curing for 0.5-3 hours, thus obtaining a dual-core microcapsule with a spherical shape and a particle diameter of 0.1-1000 microns. Through the dual-core microcapsule, the release rate of active core materials can be greatly reduced; and interaction of the core materials is small.
