The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing an aqueous solution of the carbomer, and adding a wetting agent, the rheolobic modifier, the oligosaccharide and the pH adjustor into the solution to obtain a carbomer gel; adding the antiseptic and anti-mildew agent, the lubricant and the defoaming agent to obtain a thickening thixotropic matrix; adding the microencapsulated permanent pink paste to obtain the red neutral ink.
