Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of inorganic non-metallic materials and in particular relates to a preparation method of nickel cobalt lithium manganate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding nickel-cobalt-manganese hydroxide, lithium carbonate and an aluminium fluoride mixture in a mass ratio of 1 to 1 to 0.001 and mixing the powder uniformly to obtain a material A; (2) putting the material A in a container and putting the container in a heating furnace to be heated to 430 DEG C, then carrying out low-temperature insulation treatment for 3.5 hours, continuously heating the material A to 985 DEG C after insulation is completed and then carrying out high-temperature insulation treatment for 11.5 hours and cooling the material, thus obtaining a material B; (3) coarsely crushing the material B and then grinding the material B; (4) heating the material B powder obtained by grinding to 985 DEG C and then carrying out high-temperature insulation treatment for 3.5 hours and then cooling the material B powder to the normal temperature; and (5) finally grinding and sieving the powder to obtain the finished product in standard grain size.
