Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of wastewater treatment, and provides a comprehensive treatment method of wastewater generated in production of water-soluble fertilizer from bird guano fermentation liquor. The method comprises the steps as follows: firstly, blowing air into wastewater produced during the preparation of water-soluble fertilizer from bird guano fermentation liquor, removing ammonia nitrogen gas in an air stripping mode; secondly, absorbing the removed ammonia nitrogen gas through a sulfuric acid solution; thirdly, adjusting the pH value of the wastewater subjected to air stripping; fourthly, inoculating the wastewater with adjusted pH value with chlorella at the logarithmic phase, feeding CO2 and air mixed gas into the wastewater, and culturing microalgae. The comprehensive treatment method can not only realize wastewater up-to-standard discharge, but also recycle ammonia nitrogen and produce biomass material, and has double effects of environment protection and resource production. The air blowing and microalgae culture system can simultaneously realize air stripping of ammonia nitrogen and wastewater culture of microalgae, respectively combines four reactors which can be separated independently into two reactors, reduces the occupied area, and saves the economic cost.
