Embodiment 1

[0016] A method for preparing mushroom culture substrate with elm bark, comprising the following steps:

[0017] (1) the elm bark is cut into sections, and after drying, it is pulverized into particles with a diameter of 2mm by a pulverizer, and then the elm bark particles are mixed with water in a weight ratio of 1:1, so that the moisture is soaked into the elm bark particles;

[0018] (2) Preparation of shiitake mushroom compost: mix elm bark granules, wood chips, corncobs, bran, gypsum, and lime according to the following weight ratios, and add water 1.3 times the weight of the total ingredients at the same time. The formula is: elm bark granules 20 parts, 15 parts wood chips, 20 parts corncobs, 10 parts bran, 1 part gypsum, 1 part lime;

[0019] (3) Put the compost prepared in the step (2) into a culture bag for sterilization, and sterilize with high-pressure steam for 3 hours to obtain a mushroom culture substrate.

Embodiment 2

[0021] A method for preparing mushroom culture substrate with elm bark, comprising the following steps:

[0022] (1) Ulmus bark is cut into sections, after drying, utilize pulverizer to be pulverized into the particle that diameter is 3mm, then elm bark granule is mixed with water according to the weight ratio of 1:1.3, makes moisture soak into elm bark granule;

[0023] (2) Preparation of shiitake mushroom compost: mix elm bark granules, wood chips, corncobs, bran, gypsum, and lime according to the following weight ratios, and add water 1.4 times the weight of the total ingredients at the same time. The formula is: elm bark granules 25 parts, 18 parts wood chips, 20 parts corncobs, 12 parts bran, 1.5 parts gypsum, 1.5 parts lime;

[0024] (3) Put the compost prepared in step (2) into a culture bag for sterilization, and sterilize with high-pressure steam for 4 hours to obtain a mushroom culture substrate.

Embodiment 3

[0026] A method for preparing mushroom culture substrate with elm bark, comprising the following steps:

[0027] (1) Ulmus bark is cut into sections, after drying, utilize pulverizer to be pulverized into the particle that diameter is 5mm, then elm bark granule is mixed with water according to the weight ratio of 1:1.5, makes moisture soak into elm bark granule;

[0028] (2) Preparation of shiitake mushroom compost: mix elm bark granules, wood chips, corncobs, bran, gypsum, and lime according to the following weight ratios, and add water 1.5 times the weight of the total ingredients at the same time. The formula is: elm bark granules 30 parts, 15 parts wood chips, 15 parts corncobs, 15 parts bran, 2 parts gypsum, 2 parts lime;

[0029] (3) Put the compost prepared in step (2) into a culture bag for sterilization, and sterilize with high-pressure steam for 5 hours to obtain a mushroom culture substrate.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a mushroom culture medium by using elm barks. The method comprises the following steps: (1) cutting the elm barks, airing and smashing into particles with diameters of 2-5mm, and mixing the elm bark particles with water in a weight ratio of 1 to (1-1.5), wherein water permeates the elm bark particles; (2) preparing mushroom compost: mixing the elm bark particles, saw dust, corncobs, bran, gypsum and lime and meanwhile adding water being 1.3-1.5 times of total weight of the mixed material, wherein the mushroom compost is prepared from 20-30 parts of elm bark particles, 15-20 parts of saw dust, 15-20 parts of corncobs, 10-15 parts of bran, 1-2 parts of gypsum and 1-2 parts of lime; and (3) packing the compost into a culture bag and sterilizing for 3-5 hours to obtain the mushroom culture medium. The method disclosed by the invention is used for preparing the mushroom culture medium by adopting the elm barks to replace cottonseed hulls and part of saw dust, so that not only is the production cost of mushrooms lowered and the environmental pollution reduced, but also the effective components cellulose and lignin in the elm barks are fully utilized, thereby improving the yield of mushrooms.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of edible fungus planting, in particular to a method for preparing a mushroom culture substrate from elm bark. Background technique [0002] Mushrooms are a large number of edible and medicinal varieties in various countries in the world today. The cultivation of shiitake mushrooms in our country has reached a certain scale. At present, the common culture substrate raw materials for shiitake mushrooms are cottonseed shells and wood chips. Many farmers have invested in the production of bag-grown shiitake mushrooms, and the prices of cottonseed husks and wood chips have continued to increase, resulting in higher and higher production costs for cultivated shiitake mushrooms. Therefore, finding an agricultural and forestry waste that can replace raw materials such as cottonseed hulls and wood chips can not only reduce the production cost of shiitake mushrooms, but also recycle agricultural and forestry waste, ...
