Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of microbial inoculum fermentation and particularly discloses an in-situ solid fermentation method for agricultural bacillus microbial inoculum. The fermenting method provided by the invention comprises the following steps: sterilizing a fermentation material in a rotary sterilizer, inoculating the bacillus strain to a sterilizer loaded with a sterilized material, and performing in-situ solid fermentation; and baking the fermentation material at 40-60 DEG C till the water content is less than 35%. A rotary sterilizer provided by the invention is used for in-situ fermentation, compared with the traditional fermentation mode, the cost of the fermentation material is lower, the fermentation process is simpler and easier to control and the labor cost is saved; the floor area of the whole production process is smaller, the yield in unit volume is higher than that of the traditional fermentation mode and the energy consumption is lower; and the whole matrix can be used as a compound fertilizer raw material after fermenting is finished, the further recovery and the purification are unnecessary and no waste is generated. The cost of the microbial inoculum prepared by the invention is 40-70% of the liquid fermentation microbial inoculum.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of fermentation of microbial inoculum, and in particular relates to an in-situ solid fermentation method of agricultural bacillus inoculum. Background technique [0002] Bacillus are a class of aerobic and facultatively anaerobic, Gram-positive rod-shaped bacteria that produce stress-resistant endospores. The fungus is widely distributed in nature, easy to isolate and cultivate, harmless to humans and animals, and friendly to the environment. Bacillus grows fast, has simple nutrition, and can produce heat-resistant and stress-resistant spores. The spores have strong stress resistance and are conducive to preservation. The damage caused by , ultraviolet rays, etc., this biological feature makes it an ideal agricultural microorganism. After the bacillus bacteria agent is applied to the farmland, it can fully decompose the insoluble macromolecular com...
