Abstract

Aiming at the problems that ice is frozen on surfaces of a few of rubber products and is difficult to remove, an original formula is improved from the four ideas as follows: surface energy of material is reduced; the substances with low surface energy are added; a few of substances capable of reducing the surface friction coefficient of the material are added; anti-icing sustained-release preparations are added; and formation of ice can be effectively blocked by addition of the anti-icing sustained-release preparations (mainly oily substances with low molecular weight). Self-lubricating materials of a liquid like layer (liquid like layer) mainly are water-absorbing materials, and can instantaneously adsorb a certain amount of water from the environment; the condition that water is not iced at an extremely low temperature (-35 DEG C) can be ensured; the water can play a self-lubricating role; and the adhesion strength between rubber and ice is instantaneously reduced.
