Problems solved by technology

[0004] Due to the fact that the free enzymes used in the current commercial enzyme preparations have a short enzyme activity during the papermaking white water treatment process and are not reproducible. In addition, the treatment cost is also high, which limits the large-scale promotion and application of enzymes in papermaking engineering.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for processing papermaking white water resin through an aspergillus oryzae whole-cell catalyst. According to the method, firstly, different culture mediums are adopted, aspergillus oryzae is screened, the aspergillus oryzae whole-cell catalyst with the highest enzyme activity is selected for an experiment, and aspergillus oryzae culture conditions are optimized; the aspergillus oryzae whole-cell catalyst obtained through culture under the optimal condition is used for processing a papermaking white water model complex, a product obtained by catalyzing and degrading papermaking white water trough the aspergillus oryzae whole-cell catalyst is analyzed, and accordingly processing conditions of the aspergillus oryzae whole-cell catalyst on the papermaking white water are determined. According to the method, dissolved and colloid substances (DCS) in the papermaking white water are catalyzed and decomposed through the aspergillus oryzae by means of the whole-cell catalyst method, the cationic demand (CD) of the white water is reduced, adverse effects brought by closed circulating of the papermaking white water is alleviated, and the problems of nonrepeatability and high processing cost of common free enzyme in the papermaking white water processing process are solved. The method has the advantages of being low in cost, environmentally friendly and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of papermaking wet end chemistry, and in particular relates to a method for treating papermaking white water with a whole-cell catalyst of Aspergillus oryzae. Background technique [0002] The reuse of papermaking white water can not only save the amount of clean water, reduce the loss of fibers and chemicals, save resources and reduce costs, but also has important significance in reducing environmental pollution. However, as the degree of closed circulation of white water increases, harmful substances in white water will gradually accumulate. Among these harmful substances, the most difficult to deal with and the most influential to the papermaking wet-end chemistry are dissolved and colloidal substances (DCS) in white water. On the one hand, DCS comes from natural substances such as soluble wood extracts (such as small molecule lignin, starch, sugars), resins, water, various organic and inorganic additive...
