Problems solved by technology

However, the application of corn stalks (also known as corn stalks) in the fiber industry has been severely restricted due to the short, thin-walled, and fragile non-fibrous cells (or called miscellaneous cells), which have been greatly reduced. The application value of corn straw
Although a small part of stalk core has been developed for feed processing or alcohol fermentation industry, but due to the constraints of its own characteristics and transformation technology, there is no large-scale chemical industry application.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing renewable polysaccharide etherate composite gel from cornstalk cores. The method comprises the following steps of peeling, grinding and screening air-dried cornstalks so as to obtain qualified raw materials; extracting the qualified raw materials by utilization of a benzene-alcohol solution; performing delignification treatment by utilization of an acidic sodium chlorite method, then dissolving dried polysaccharide in a low-temperature sodium hydroxide (lithium hydroxide) / urea (thiourea) solution, removing bubbles through centrifugation, dropwise adding a sulfuric acid solution to adjust the mixture solution to be neutral, and centrifuging, washing and drying precipitates so as to obtain renewable polysaccharide; utilizing two etherifying agents, such as anions and cations, to respectively perform etherification reactions with the renewable polysaccharide so as to obtain anionic renewable polysaccharide etherate and cationic renewable polysaccharide etherate; finally, dissolving the two etherified products, dropwise adding an epoxy chloropropane solution to perform a cross-linking reaction, and preparing the renewable polysaccharide etherate composite gel from the cornstalk cores. The gel prepared according to the method disclosed by the invention is white and microspheric, has a higher adsorption capacity to methylene blue and methyl violet, has a biodegradability, and belongs to an environment-friendly organic dye absorbing material.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing a regenerated polysaccharide etherified derivative composite gel capable of adsorbing organic dyes by using agricultural solid waste—corn stalk cobs, and belongs to the technical field of natural polymer modified materials. Background technique [0002] Dyestuffs are mostly made of petrochemical products as the main raw materials. The synthetic aromatic compounds have stable chemical properties, low biodegradability, potential toxicity and carcinogenic and teratogenic effects. Therefore, dye wastewater has become the current environment. One of the key pollution sources [1,2] . In the past few decades, the mass production and use of dyes has had a great impact on the environment. With the development of textile printing and dyeing, papermaking and printing industries, as well as the increasing demand for colors, the types of dyes are also increasing rapidly, and their anti-photolysis, anti-oxidation and anti-...
