The preparation method comprises the following steps: melting and uniformly dispersing vitamin A palmitate, phospholipid, the solid emulsifier, solid lipid and liquid lipid to obtain an oil phase, mixing and heating the inorganic salt and the deionized water to obtain a water phase, adding the oil phase under stirring and adding the preservative after ultrasonic treatment and cooling in sequence, thus obtaining the nanostructured solid lipid carrier coating vitamin A palmitate.
