Abstract

The invention discloses a casting method for a concrete pump truck bent pipe. The casting method comprises the following steps: 1) proportioning and melting; 2) nodulizing and inoculating; 3) transferring an iron liquid into a packet, adding 0.3-0.4wt% of a silicon-barium inoculant for secondary inoculating and casting, condensing and cooling for 40 minutes in a mould, thereby obtaining an as-cast ductile iron pump truck bent pipe; 4) carrying out equal-temperature quenching treatment on a casting piece, then, cleaning the casting piece to obtain equal-temperature quenched ductile iron (ADI) pump truck bent pipe. Compared with the prior art, the casting method uses Cu to replace V, Cr, Nb white-level and relatively valuable elements, so that the casting piece does not contain a carbide, and therefore, the plasticity and the impact toughness are improved greatly, the process is easy to control, the product quality is stable; and a shell mould is adopted for precision casting, so that the dimension precision of the casting piece is high, the surface roughness is low, and mechanical processing is not needed, and therefore, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
