The health-caring sweet potato leaf tea has abundant nutrients, mellow fragrance, moderated sweetness, slight-red color and clear tea soup and is free of sediments. The method develops deep-processing approaches of the sweet potato leaves and increases economic incoming by 12.7%. The sweet potato leaves are subjected to stepwise drying so that nutrients are remained and unripe and astringent taste are eliminated, and the leaves are soft.
